Face ID does not work
Confirm device-owner authentication is configured in iOS Settings, then disable and re-enable the privacy lock inside HeartIsle.

Notifications do not appear
Check notification permission for HeartIsle in iOS Settings and save reminder settings again.

Can deleted data be restored?
Permanent deletion cannot be reversed by HeartIsle. Version 1.0 has no developer-operated cloud backup.

HeartIsle is not an emergency service. If you or another person may be in danger, contact a trusted person nearby and the official emergency service where you are.
